What if the products arrive with "surprise"?
From the arrival of green tea, you have 60 days as period of complaint of quality problem. We always take responsibility for the quality comformity of our products and respect the disposals in the contract. For some markets, like Europe Union, where requirement of low pesticide is in effect, we also promise that, in case of objection of products by the custom office due to non-comformity of residu of pesticide, we take all charges for the return of products and offer a solution of either replace them by conform products or refund the order.
How do you ensure the quality?
Quality is the life for a brand, and it worths the best concentration in our work. In our team, the quality control department is formed by a bunch of experts from best Chinese tea professional schools and with many years of working experience in the domain, they ensure the supervision of product and strict quality control. We combine routine and flying inspections to ensure the comformity of quality of our goods. Meanwhile, towards our partners, we hold our promisses of quality and take responsibility for it.
What is your minimum quantity for order?
Normally, we apply a MOQ of 1 20' or 40' container. Knowing that the green tea we offer is a kind of mass consommation product, it is needed to have economies of scale, otherwize the charges would be too high for our clients to get margin.
Where are your products mainly exported to?
Our product is mainly epxortd to Canada,Spain,Uzbekistan,Turkmenistan,Kyrgyzstan,Afghanistan,Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Turkey, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Morocco and other African regions.

How to deliver the goods to us?
Usually we will ship the goods to you by sea,We are in the heart of China with easy access to the ports of Wuhan and Ningbo.it is very convenient and efficient to ship goods to any other countries.
What’s the payment term?
When we quote for you,we will confirm with you the way of transaction,FOB,CIF,CNF,etc.for mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before producing and70% balance against copy of documents.the most common way is by t/t. l/c is also acceptable.
Can you do customized products?
Yes,we are mainly doing customized products according to the customers’ samples.
Are you a direct manufacturer or trading company?
We have our own tea facto,we also have our own international sales department. we produce and sell all by ourselves.
